Return & Refund Policy

At Charozy Floral Boutique & Event Decor, every arrangement is crafted with precision, care, and premium-quality flowers. 

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


1. Freshness Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our flowers.

All bouquets are covered by a 3-day freshness guarantee from the time of delivery.

If your flowers significantly wilt within this period — and proper care instructions were followed — we offer:

  • One-time replacement of the bouquet, or
  • Store credit equal to the purchase value

No cash refunds unless there is a confirmed issue on our side.


2. Required Flower Care

To qualify for a replacement or credit, the following care must be followed:

  • Flowers must be placed in clean water immediately upon delivery
  • Stems must be trimmed before placing in water
  • Arrangement must be kept away from direct sunlight, heat, and cold drafts
  • Water must be changed daily

We reserve the right to request:

  • Clear photos of the bouquet
  • Description of storage conditions

3. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


4. Event Decor & Custom Orders

For event decor, installations, and custom floral designs:

  • All sales are final
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Changes must be requested at least 72 hours before the event

Once production begins, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
